May - Month of the Wood Snake
Hello Fire! The month of the Yin Wood Snake begins on May 5 and ends on June 5. Snake marks the beginning of Summer and the element of Yin Fire, with hidden branches of Yang Metal, Yang Fire, and Yang Earth. The Wood of the year and month will support the month’s Fire…creating a productive cycle. Fire element is seen in technology and spirituality, and we can expect a surge of energy as it picks up momentum over the next three months. Snake forms a harm and punishment with Tiger, so there will be consequences for actions. Snake is characterized by its brilliance, wisdom, and humor. It can be sophisticated, eloquent, calm, rational, decent… an inspired leader, and a great thinker. The Snake supports creative leadership, decency, a focus on the arts, spirituality, and technological advances. We can all get behind a little more of that kind of energy!
