Plant Based Nutrition Services

I am a lifestyle coach. I have been helping people live their best lives for decades. In the past I’ve focused on the energy of the environment. More specifically, I’ve used design and Feng Shui and other methods to help people feel supported. It has always been my goal to offer clients fully integrated sustainable lifestyle options. One step I took toward that several years ago was LEED training with the US Green Building Council and its local subsidiaries. Because of that training, I have specified furnishings and finishes that are more sustainable and less toxic for all life. The toxins we are exposed to daily have a profound effect on our health and that of the planet.

For the past 35 years, I have personally been on a whole food plant-based journey to reduce my carbon footprint and reduce toxins involved in industrialized animal agriculture. I’ve done a ton of reading and followed the vanguards of the science behind nutrition, specifically that of plant-based nutrition. Because I have been asked by so many people about this part of my personal journey, I enrolled in a Plant-Based Nutrition program through the Center For Nutrition Studies and eCornell. My studies included the science of nutrition, disease and nutrition, how dietary practices affect life on this planet, and how to apply whole food plant-based nutrition throughout a natural life cycle, from conception to elder age, including athletes.

I will be publishing articles and social media posts specific to the information I’ve learned and continue to learn about nutrition and holistic lifestyle changes. My experience as a student not only provided a wealth of information but a wealth of resources, which I will be sharing with you. Additionally, I will be offering both individual and group coaching that will integrate lifestyle changes for a healthier life. I want to keep fees competitive enough so I can help more people. My goal is, after all, to help others live their best lives.
